Hello and welcome to my website! I am a licensed psychologist practicing
in Orange County California with 35 years experience providing
psychotherapy with individuals and marriage counseling with couples.
When you are feeling troubled and don't know where to turn, therapy can

us would rather try to deal with problems on our own; but when you are
feeling stuck or when problems keep repeating, an objective person who
knows how to listen can help you through a difficult time.
Can change happen rapidly? Absolutely! In fact change can happen
instantly when you recognize what psychotherapy is really about.
Psychotherapy is nothing more than removing the blocks to the
awareness of your true self—your inheritance of love, peace and joy.
Psychotherapy is not about changing you or fixing you, giving advice,
“solving problems” or changing your behavior. Instead, it is all about
letting go of everything that is in the way of experiencing your natural
inheritance. As you return to an awareness of your true self, the basic
questions of “what to do” about your situation will be clearly revealed to
you. In fact, any “change in behavior” or “change in situation” will be a
natural expression of your true self. It matters not what your situation is
or what you are struggling with in your life. Therapy recognizes that all
problems, whether you experience them in yourself or in your
relationship, arise from one simple premise—you forgot who you are.
